TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the terms below.

I. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

The artist

  1. I retain all rights to the commission, which includes but is not limited to: distribution, reproduction, self-promotion, display on public sites, commission samples.

  2. If I don't feel safe with the type of commission, I have the right to refuse it.

  3. I use my free time during the week to work on commissions (I do not work on weekend), so please be patient.

  4. My signature/stamp will be discreetly placed somewhere on the illustration.

  5. I do not take credit for the ownership and design of the characters featured in the commission.

  6. I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

The client

  1. Commissions are for personal use only: gifts, wallpaper, personal prints, icons, header, profile pictures, post on social medias with credit to the artist (@poromii / @Shellask_ or a link to my public profile).

  2. Do not use the drafts and progress photos I provide for any other purpose beside commissioning me and your personal use (listed above). Do not use my sketches to commission other artists. Do not trace, alter, edit the commission. Do not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the commission. Do not take credit for the creation of the commission.

  3. If you are unsure about any usage of the commission, please ask me directly for permission.

  4. If you want to keep your order hidden, let me know in advance. However, I will be able to show a specific area of the illustration without revealing the art or the characters completely. Example: part of the chest, legs, hands, etc.

  5. If in relation to the previous point, you prefer that absolutely no part of your commission be made public by me, 28% of its value will be charged.

II. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

  1. The commission is paid at the beginning, not at the end. 100% upfront via PayPal invoice (USD).

  2. I will send an invoice with the final price.

  3. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the payment has not been made in a timely manner (48 hours).

  4. You can only cancel the commission before making the payment. Strictly no refund once I've started working on the sketch or after delivery of the final artwork.

  5. Usually the commission that's paid earlier will be prioritized in the commission list.

  6. I do not do refunds after payment.

  7. Do not file chargebacks under any circumstances. Please always contact me first to resolve any issue.

III. PROCESS

  1. I will only show WIPs for 'sketch' commission if I am unsure about something related to the drawing. This is the moment to ask for changes like hairstyle or face expression.

  2. In the aproval stage I will accept 2 big changes (like hairstyle, face expression or something about the outfit) and 2 minor changes (like moles, or scars).

  3. Simple things can be a mistake on my part, so without regrets you can point it out, for example forgetting moles, freckles, piercings, painted nails, a strand of colored hair, etc. If the change is not easy I will indicate it.

  4. I won't change the pose of the drawing if you don't ask for a specific one from the beginning.

  5. I usually take few days, one month (depending on type and amount of orders).

  • Confirm: I have read and agreed to the Terms of Service.

  • Username: the name to use to credit if I decide to publish the commission.

  • Type commission: Normal (halfbody, portrait, fullbody, thigh-up), avatar, chibi, etc.

  • Quantity: single, couple, 1, 2, 3, etc.

  • References: (images/links, moodboards, toyhou.se, etc) with color.

  • Short description: Personality, expression, pose, etc.

  • Background art: Flat color, gradient, transparent, detailed background, etc. You can use one of my works to demonstrate how you want the final piece to look like.

❤Is it for a special date?

You can request a date for the publication of the commission, if you want the commission for a surprise gift, for example, you can indicate that after that date it can be published and thus avoid a privacy charge.

EXTRA CHARGES:

  • For commercial or merchandise use.

  • If you want the commission of a specific measure, the price will increase in relation to this.

  • Depending on the complexity of the character, I could charge more (detailed designs, weapons, wings, NSFW, armor, complex backgrounds, etc). The final price will be given once you send the format, and before sending invoice you must agree with the final price.

  • Consider that I will publish the commissions unless they ask me otherwise. I will decide where to put the credits (or not to put them). If you want your private commission 100%, 28% of its value will be charged. Or see here a more viable option:
